By purchasing artwork from me, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions below

General

▸ Deadline is 2 weeks after payment. If, for any reason, I realize I won't be able to finish on time, I will let you know in advance and do my best to complete the work as soon as possible.
▸ Payment is required after the sketch has been approved.

◦ Exception: the "Clean Sketch" option requires full payment upfront.

▸ You may choose one of the following payment options:

◦ Full payment after the sketch is approved;
◦ 50% after the sketch is approved, and the remaining 50% upon completion.

▸ I reserve the right to decline a commission (before payment) for personal reasons.

Usage and Copyright

▸ You are free to use the commissioned artwork (hereafter referred to as the Artwork) for any non-commercial purposes, such as posting it online, cropping it for profile pictures, and similar uses. Whenever possible, please credit me as the original artist.
▸ If you intend to use the Artwork commercially, this must be discussed before I begin working on the commission.
▸ As the artist, I reserve the right to use the Artwork for personal purposes, such as posting it in my galleries or including it in my portfolio.

Refunds

▸ Refunds are available at any stage of the commission.

◦ In case of a refund, I reserve the right to use the unfinished artwork. The character will be modified to avoid infringing on your ownership of the character.

Process

▸ I prefer to stay in touch with my commissioners throughout the work. I will send you work-in-progress (WIP) previews at key stages (sketch → lineart → flat colors → shading) and/or whenever I have questions. This helps ensure everything is approved along the way and minimizes the need for major revisions later.

◦ If I do not receive a response from you for an extended period and need your feedback to continue, I may pause the commission. In this case, the deadline will be extended by the duration of the delay.

▸ You may also request additional WIP previews at any time.
▸ Revisions are free of charge. However, I kindly ask that you point out any issues as early in the process as possible, when changes are easier to make.

I May Decline

▸ Non-anthropomorphic (feral) characters.
▸ Commissions involving a large number of characters and/or particularly complex concepts.

I Do Not Draw

▸ Explicitly fetish-focused content (too vulgar poses and angles. Subjectively).
▸ Humans, insectoids, robots, and other characters that differ significantly from furries (anthropomorphically built animals).

◦ I also do not draw certain anthropomorphic animal species (for example, pigs, elephants, or turtles).

▸ Complex, highly detailed backgrounds.
▸ This list may be not exhaustive.

NSFW Commissions

▸ I primarily create SFW artwork and would like to keep it that way. However, I may occasionally take on NSFW commissions. Pricing for such commissions is discussed individually.
